By order of the runners

Tribute

Derivatives used to steal. Now they pay tribute.

Launch a coin paired with any pump.fun runner. Every buy of your coin is routed through the runner’s pool first, so it feeds the coin it was born from, and your holders earn the runner’s rewards.

Any coin on the pump.fun curve or PumpSwap can sit on a throne.

The throne room

Every runner on pump.fun, ranked by the tribute paid to it: the buy pressure routed into its pool by the coins paired with it.

How the room keeps count

Rank
Thrones are ordered by tribute paid, highest first.
Tributes
How many coins are paired with the throne.
Tribute paid
Buy volume of those coins routed through the throne’s pool, net of the sells routed back out.
Paid to subjects
Holder rewards the throne has paid to people holding its tributes.
24h
Tribute paid in the last 24 hours.

Every throne also gets a court page: each tribute launched to it, when, and how much it has sent up.

II

A court

Every throne gets a court: the coins that pay tribute to it, when they were paired, and how much each has sent up.

Specimen Made-up names and numbers, to show how a court will read.

How tribute flows

A tribute coin has no SOL pool of its own. It trades against its throne, so every buy has to pass through the throne first.

How a buy of a tribute coin flows A buyer's SOL or USDC first buys the throne coin in the throne's pool. The throne coin is then swapped into the tribute coin. The throne's holder rewards flow back down to the tribute coin's holders. a buyerpays SOL or USDC the throneits pool is bought first the tributethe coin they wanted tribute holdersearn the throne’s rewards 123 How a buy of a tribute coin flows, top to bottom a buyerpays SOL or USDC the throneits pool is bought first the tributethe coin they wanted tribute holdersearn the throne’s rewards 123
Fig. 1. One buy, three effects. The numbers follow the steps below.
  1. Someone buys $1,000 of your coin. To get it, the $1,000 first buys the throne in the throne’s pool.
  2. That throne is swapped for your coin, which the buyer receives.
  3. For as long as they hold your coin, they earn the throne’s holder rewards, and so does everyone else holding it.

The buyer never meant to touch the throne, and still added $1,000 of buy pressure to it. That is the trade: the old way, a derivative pulled holders and liquidity away from the runner. Now it feeds the runner.

It cuts both ways. A sell of your coin sells the throne on the way out, and your coin rises and falls with its throne.

IV

Pay tribute

Choose a throne, name your coin, take the vow. Your coin launches on pump.fun paired with the throne, for good.

i. The throne

A throne must be trading on the pump.fun curve, graduated to PumpSwap, or on the whitelist. It cannot already be a tribute itself.

ii. Your coin

iii. The vow

Connect a wallet to pay tribute.

Launch cost: 0.01 SOL plus network fees. On interfaces running pump.fun’s latest program, buyers pay one set of fees, not two.

V

The laws

The rules of tribute are set by pump.fun, not by us. These are the ones that matter, as pump.fun announced them.

Who may sit on a throne
Coins trading on the pump.fun bonding curve, coins graduated to PumpSwap, and coins on the whitelist. Coins that graduated to Raydium qualify only if they have been whitelisted.
One generation
A tribute cannot receive tribute. A coin paired with a pump.fun coin can never be a throne itself. Coins whitelisted before the update may go two deep.
Forever
Once a coin launches, its throne is locked in. It can never change.
Fees do not stack
Holder rewards, creator fees and LP fees are charged only on the last leg of a buy and the first leg of a sell; the protocol fee only on the first leg of a buy and the last leg of a sell. This needs an interface on pump.fun’s latest program, such as the pump.fun app and website.

Read the source: custom pairs · fees · integration docs. If pump.fun changes a rule, theirs wins.

VI

$TRIBUTE

$TRIBUTE is the coin of this court. It launches as a plain coin, paired with nothing, so that it can sit on a throne of its own and anyone can pay tribute to it.

The launch cost paid on this page buys $TRIBUTE. Holding it is a seat at the court; it is not a share of anything and pays nothing out.1

The contract address is not posted here. The only official address comes from @ThroneRoomFun. Ignore any other.

1 Nothing here is financial advice. Coins can lose all their value.

Questions

Is Tribute part of pump.fun?
No. Tribute is an independent project built on pump.fun’s Custom Pairs. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by pump.fun.
Do I need Tribute to launch a custom pair?
No. pump.fun lets you do it directly. Tribute adds the throne room, a court page for every runner, and one form to pay tribute.
What do my holders get?
The throne’s holder rewards, for as long as they hold your coin.
Can I change my throne later?
No. The pair is locked in forever the moment your coin launches.
Can someone pay tribute to my coin?
No. A tribute cannot be a throne. One generation only.
Do fees stack when a buy passes through two pools?
Not on interfaces running pump.fun’s latest program. Older interfaces may still charge both.
Does tribute always pump the throne?
No. Buys route into the throne and sells route out of it. Tribute is pressure in both directions.
